The House of Texas Sparkling Is now Open

Rebecca Caroline was founded on the belief that Texas sparkling wine deserves a place of its own.

Named for the combined middle names of Chris and Katharine Brundrett’s daughters, Rebecca Caroline celebrates family, craftsmanship, and the future of Texas wine. Every bottle is made from 100% Texas-grown grapes and crafted using the traditional method, honoring one of the world’s great sparkling wine traditions while helping define what comes next for Texas wine.

Now, that vision has a home.

Join us as we open the doors to Rebecca Caroline’s tasting room inside the historic Hye Post Office and welcome guests into a space devoted entirely to Texas sparkling wine. A place designed for gathering, celebrating, and raising a glass to life’s milestones, both big and small.

Be among the first guests to experience Rebecca Caroline during our Grand Opening Weekend.

This 90-minute sparkling wine experience features a guided tasting of Rebecca Caroline wines along with Southern-inspired bites.

Throughout the weekend, guests will enjoy live music, explore the newly restored historic space, and visit our friends from M.L. Leddy’s for complimentary boot shining.

Following years of planning, countless bottles, and a shared belief in the future of Texas sparkling wine, we’re excited to finally welcome you inside.

Culinary Bites to Include: Fried Chicken, Fried Green Tomatoes, Corn on the Cob, Coleslaw, and Okra.

FAQ

  • Guests are advised to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the reservation.

We love welcoming guests of all kinds to the vineyard and ask that everyone help us maintain a comfortable and respectful environment for all visitors.

Children
Well-behaved children are welcome and must remain supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. For the safety of our guests and the preservation of the property, running, climbing, or disruptive behavior is not permitted. Any damage to property is the responsibility of the parent or guardian.

Pets
Well-behaved dogs are welcome outdoors on the property but are not permitted inside the tasting room unless they are designated service animals. When bringing your dog, please follow these guidelines:

  • Dogs must remain on a leash at all times.

  • Please clean up after your pet. Bags and receptacles are available.

  • Pet owners are responsible for their dog’s behavior and should remain attentive.

  • Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations.

  • Dogs displaying aggressive behavior will be asked to leave.

  • Outdoor seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
