R.C. Community Table
Gather around our community table in the member's lounge for a shared Rebecca Caroline experience designed to bring members together. Reservations are available for up to 6 guests and seating is arranged at one of two communal tables. This intimate setting encourages conversation, connection, and the chance to get to know fellow R.C. members over a glass of Texas-grown sparkling wine.

Before you come
Late arrival
Guests are advised to arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to the reservation.
Children & pets
We love welcoming guests of all kinds and ask that everyone help us maintain a comfortable and respectful environment for all visitors.
Children
Well-behaved children are welcome and must remain supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. For the safety of our guests and the preservation of the property, running, climbing, or disruptive behavior is not permitted. Any damage to property is the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
Pets
Well-behaved dogs are welcome outdoors on the property but are not permitted inside the tasting room unless they are designated service animals. When bringing your dog, please follow these guidelines:
- Dogs must remain on a leash at all times.
- Please clean up after your pet. Bags and receptacles are available.
- Pet owners are responsible for their dog's behavior and should remain attentive.
- Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations.
- Dogs displaying aggressive behavior will be asked to leave.
Outdoor seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellations
We understand that unexpected conflicts arise. We kindly ask that if possible, you provide us with 24 hours notice if you are unable to make your scheduled reservation so that we may accommodate other guests. Call us at 830.988.8800 or email info@rcsparkling.com.
